Additionally, we gladly accept HSA/FSA cards, allowing you to utilize your health savings or flexible spending accounts to cover the cost of your sessions. Cancellation/No Show Policy2020-06-23T05:25:56+00:00

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. If you no-show or cancel within the 48 hour-hour window, you will be billed for the full service fee. We understand that emergencies do happen, however, and this fee can be waived at the clinician’s discretion for these infrequent circumstances. Please note: insurance companies do not reimburse missed appointments. If you arrive late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee we will have extra time beyond the designated appointment slot and you will be billed for the full scheduled time.
